I would love to bring out my team/school/workplace - how do I get in touch?
Please complete an inquiry form and someone from our team will get back to you ASAP.
My kids and I would like to come out for the day - are you open?
We are open by appointment only and even then only for groups that book in advance. We are unable to accommodate individuals or small groups on a same-day basis.
We do offer periodic community days in which individuals and families can come out and experience the ropes course together. Please check our calendar for those dates.
How much does it cost?
Our standard price is $60 per person for a 5-hour experience with a $1000 minimum for the day. That includes team building, safety orientation, and both the low and high challenge courses. We offer discounts for schools, non-profits and larger groups.
We strive to make our experiences accessible to all folks that want to come out. Please reach out even if you're not sure about the pricing.
How many people can come out at once?
We can accomodate groups from 10 to 100 or more! Contact us and we can discuss your goals for your visit and make a plan together.
Is this safe?
The challenge courses are extremely safe. All participants undergo a safety orientation and are outfitted with appropriate gear. Our staff has combined decades of experience and certifications through the Association for Challenge Course Technology.
What if I don't like heights/I have people in my group that don't like heights?
That's totally fine! Many of our staff don't love heights either! Your day at Orenda Springs is designed to challenge you and hopefully push you out of your comfort zone in a way that feels right for you. Even if you are adamant about not leaving the ground, there are lots of ways to participate and support your group.
What if I have a disability/mobility challenges/need accomodations?
Orenda Springs is committed to making our outdoor programs accessible to everyone. If you or a participant in your group has a disability, mobility limitation, or other need, please let us know in advance so we can work with you to plan accordingly. Depending on the activity, this may include adapting course elements, providing additional support staff, or arranging alternative transportation into program areas.
We're continually investing in accessibility — including expanding our ability to transport participants with mobility challenges to and through our outdoor sites — so that as many people as possible can take part in the challenge and growth that our programs offer.
If you have specific questions or want to discuss accommodations before registering, please contact us at dennis@orendasprings.com and we'll be happy to talk through options with you.
